There were 10 Texas Watercolor Society members at the paint out in Fayetteville, Tx, hosted by Mary Quiros, TWS awards chair. Weather was sketchy but we persevered. Two ‘perks’ were the two exhibits showing in the town square venues: at the RED & WHITE GALLERY, we viewed Wm. Anzalone’s work in drawings & pastels which opened April 13th (Exhibit open thru June 29) and Kathy Sauer’s work showing at ARTS (Art for Rural Texas). Thoroughly enjoyable.

It started to rain so we caravanned to Mary’s home in Fayetteville and painted on her screened porch. At every turn, there was something waiting to be sketched and painted. A good time was had by all.
